Daniel Matthew Nunley (affectionately known as Danny and uncle Nu-Nu) was born on March 11, 1965 to Richard and Odessa Nunley in Chicago, Illinois.
Daniel accepted Christ at an early age, was baptized by the Reverend T. Hardaway and became a member of the West 95th St. Oakdale Missionary Baptist Church. He graduated from Simeon Vocational High School and afterwards enlisted in the United States Army where he received an honorable discharge.
