James accepted Christ at an early age and joined Old Landmark Holiness Church. After that, he attended ACME M.B. Church for many years.

A Time To Leave

James answered God’s call to eternity on December 15, 2018; he was preceded in death by his father, William Lee.

He leaves to cherish fond memories to: his mother, Irene Lee of Olympia Fields, IL; two daughters: Charisse Harris of Oxford, MS and Nicole Macon Gant of Brooklyn, NY; five grandchildren: Al, Terry, Chanika, Tatyana and Tytia; five great grandchildren: Jerryiah, Jeziah, Chance and Skyler; five aunts: Nancy Bennett (Otis) Ellam Utley, Mae E. Payne, Jacklyn Kilcrease of Sylvania GA Annie L. Williams; one uncle Rufus Howard, Las Vegas, NV; and a host of other relatives and friends
