Patricia Johnson was born April 25, 1941 in Canalou, Missouri to proud parents, Willie and Vonnie Johnson. Patricia accepted Christ at an early age. In 1995 she committed her whole heart to Christ and became a member of Evans Community Church under Pastor Tyrone Coleman; up until she became ill.
Patricia moved form Canalou, Missouri to Chicago Heights, IL at the early age of 19. She became a member of Portland Church under Rev. Goodwin. She went on to work for Stauffer Chemical for 20 plus years.
Patricia Johnson known as “Mrs. Pattie” was the matriarch of the family. She took on the role of mother to so many over the years of her life. Her door never ever closed, not even tostrangers. She was loved by so many. Patricia loved the Lord with all her heart and soul.
On July 12, 2019 God called Patricia home. No more pain, no more crying, no more suffering. She was preceded in death by her brother, Narvell Grey; two sisters: Helen Virginia Coopwood and Naomi Wilford; daughter, Carlee Richardson Watson; grandson, Francois Watson.
Patricia leaves to cherish her three sons: Vance Davis, Shacquille and Ashay Briscoe; four daughters: Orlita Carroll, Diva Davis, Brianna Briscoe and Yonni Reed; a very special granddaughter, Obda Johnson; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
